You will remain in the recruitment sector, but rather than working in-house with one employer, you’ll be working with many: Every day will be different, every client is different, and so you will get to use your skills and experience to provide the very best support.

So who are we?  Well if you don’t know you will help us achieve that too!  But, The Marketing Junction is a marketing consultancy that works solely in the recruitment space.  Our typical client is between 2-40 heads.  Seldom do they have any marketing department, or if they do, it tends to be a more junior function.  Therefore we are the head chef and pot washer all in one!

The Marketing Manager will have several things to achieve.  We are looking for someone who is happy to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in, but also someone who can successfully manage the team of marketing assistants and specialists, and provide credible, professional consultancy to our clients.

You will also work alongside the founder, Robert Woodford.  He’s been in the recruitment marketing sector for almost 20 years.  Together you can share ideas and learn.

You will be working on projects ranging from social media, eshot development, branding assignments, sales campaigns, collateral production, reporting,  through to proper marketing consultancy; where your decisions will impact the fortunes of a business.

You will need to be a great communicator, very well organised, committed, loyal and damn good at your job!  And of course have experience in recruitment.
